Resort Rules
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees.
Speed Limit
The speed limit within the resort is 7 MPH. Please drive slowly and watch out for pedestrians, children, pets, RVs, cars, and autonomous lawnmowers.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during these hours.
Clean Air Resort Policy
- We are proud to be a Clean Air Resort. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including all outdoor areas, RV sites, and public spaces.
- Guests who violate this policy may be subject to removal from the resort without a refund.
- Feel free to smoke inside your own RV. If smoke drifts out and bothers other guests, you may be asked to leave the resort without a refund.
Occupancy, Children, and Visitors
- The maximum number of people allowed per RV site is 6. The rate includes 2 (two) adults and up to 4 (four) children.
- Parents are responsible for all children under the age of 18 years old who are staying on or visiting the site in the parent’s name. This includes the child’s whereabouts, safety, damage caused by the child, and the general conduct of the child. This responsibility extends to time spent at the campsite, in common areas and all other times spent on the resort property.
- All minors under the age of 13 must have adult supervision at all times.
- Additional guests may be approved at the Management’s discretion and may result in additional fees. Guests may entertain up to 4 visitors at the resort. Visitors must register at the office. Visitors are allowed to use amenities if they purchase an amenities pass.
- Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior.
- To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy the resort, visitors may not be allowed during high occupancy events or holidays. Please check with Management on availability before inviting visitors.
Site Utilities
- The resort shall provide utility hook-ups at the site for sewer, water, electric, and WIFI service. Guests shall not make any alterations to any of the utilities provided by the resort.
- The Resort’s responsibility shall extend only to the point of connection and the Resort shall not have any responsibility for the condition or functioning of any pipes, conduits or wires from such point of connections of the guest’s RV. Wastewater must be disposed of properly: not dumping on the ground. Please use the appropriate dump station or sewer connection provided on the site by the Resort.
- The Resort reserves the right to disconnect utilities in order that repairs, alterations, or additions may be made. Guests will be notified, when possible, of any planned utility system shutdowns.
- The Resort shall not be responsible for any loss suffered by any guest from planned or emergency shutdowns.
- We do not allow the charging of electric vehicles at your site. Guest(s) is responsible for any damage to our property caused by attempting to charge your vehicle. Any damage done to your own property is also your responsibility. If you are caught charging your vehicle at your site or any other site, you will be charged a $500 violation fee in addition to any damages that may occur
Trash Collection
Guests must put trash (in bags) at the end of their site between 6am and 9am daily for removal. Do not leave trash out overnight. The wildlife will rummage through it and spread it throughout the resort. This will result in a cleaning fee being added to your account.
RVs and Vehicles
- One RV and two vehicles are allowed per site. Parking additional vehicles on the property must be arranged with staff. Vehicles parked in violation of the Resort rules will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- RVs must be parked on the shell or concrete slab. Wheels and levelers must be on or over the concrete slab or shell area.
- Vehicles driven or parked are not allowed on the grass, in the water retention and treatment areas, on sidewalks, or on non-designated roads.
- The speed limit of 7 mph is strictly enforced.
- UTVs (side-by-side), and golf carts must be registered with staff and are only to be driven by licensed drivers. Proof of liability insurance is required. Within the resort, operation is restricted to paved roads. Absolutely no motorized vehicles are allowed on the recreation trail.
- UTVs and golf carts should be equipped with mufflers to minimize noise. Excessively loud vehicles may be prohibited or restricted from operating during certain hours.
- ATVs are not permitted on resort property unless stored on or in a trailer. They may not be driven even if only to come in or out of the resort.
- Reckless driving, including speeding, spinning tires, or driving in unauthorized areas, will result in removal from the park.
- All recreational vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and in running order.
- Lake Belle RV Resort must approve any RV 10 years old or older prior to making reservations. Email info@lakebelle.com for approval.
- No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition (e.g., broken or cracked windows, flat tires, rusted or badly dented or in need of paint or extremely unkept or excessively dirty) will be allowed in the RV Resort.
- Approved recreational vehicles include: Class A, Class B, Class C Motor coaches, fifth wheels, hard sided travel trailers, Pop-up Trailers and Toy Haulers.
- Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The Owner/ management of Lake Belle RV Resort absolve themselves from any and all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, Acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever and registered guests and guest guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Lake Belle RV Resort from all such liability.
- Third party golf cart rentals are not permitted.
- All vehicle and RV repairs, maintenance (e.g., oil changes, lubes, etc.), and washing RVs are prohibited.
- ATV’s are prohibited from the resort premises.
Flags
- To maintain a respectful and unified environment, the resort permits the display of flags representing sports teams only if they are a good (winning) sports team. We also permit the display of the American flag and flags representing the five branches of the United States military. All other flags, including but not limited to political, national, or novelty flags, are not allowed.
- Approved flags must be securely mounted to your RV or within your site. Flags should not obstruct views, impede walkways, disrupt mowing, or intrude on neighboring sites.
- Flags must be kept in good condition. Torn, faded, or damaged flags should not be displayed.
Site Rules
- Guests are not permitted to conduct commercial activities or operate any business within the resort premises. This includes, but is not to, selling goods or services, offering professional services or conducting business transactions.
- Respect other guests privacy by not walking through any site but your own.
- Guests must keep their site clean and free of clutter. Only customary outdoor furniture and accessories are allowed outside. Items like toys, tools, and equipment should be stored properly and neatly.
- Power pedestals are for your rig and not for charging electric vehicles or other equipment.
- No tents, tarps, or perimeter fencing are allowed on sites. Free standing pet enclosures are allowed but cannot be staked to the ground or extend beyond the campsite.
- Permanent, PVC or similar plumbing is prohibited. Sewer waste disposal hookups must be tightly sealed with all hoses and connections free of leaks.
- Larger outdoor recreational items, including but not limited to kayaks, paddleboards, coolers, fishing equipment must be organized and neatly stored beneath the RV with every attempt to conceal these stored items and maintain site aesthetics.
- Please do not remove picnic tables from their sites.
- Please close awnings, canopies and umbrellas when your RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage and or loss of property.
- The flying of drones and other remote-controlled flying toys or equipment is strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your neighbor’s privacy and keep drones grounded while in the resort.
- Minibikes, go carts, skateboards, hoverboards, and roller-skates may not be operated inside of the RV Resort. Bicyclers must be operated /ridden with caution and adults must supervise minors while operating/riding a bicycle on RV Resort premises. Riding scooters or bicycles at night without lights is prohibited.

Pets
We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and be properly registered. Proof of vaccinations and registration may be requested during your stay. If valid documentation cannot be provided, guests may be asked to leave the resort. We allow a maximum of three pets (dogs or cats) per RV site.
Noisy, aggressive, or uncontrollable pets are not permitted. If a pet cannot be controlled, the owner will be asked to remove the pet from the property, or animal control may be contacted. Owners are fully responsible for their pets, including any injuries or damage they may cause, and are expected to handle any issues directly with the affected parties.
Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash no longer than six feet at all times, except when inside our on-site dog park. Free-standing pet fences are allowed but must not be staked into the ground or extend beyond the campsite. Pets should not be left outside unattended, and Lake Belle RV Resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to pet enclosures.
Pets are allowed in outdoor common areas as long as they are leashed. If any aggressive behavior is displayed, owners will be asked to remove the pet for the safety of other guests. Pets should not jump on tables, chairs, or other surfaces, nor interact with guests outside of your group without permission.
Pets are not permitted in any resort buildings, including restrooms and the pool area. Owners must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste in appropriate trash bins.
For your pet’s safety, please avoid leaving them alone inside your RV, as power outages, common in the Central Florida area, can lead to unsafe heat buildup inside your vehicle.
- Pets must be always kept on a leash when outdoors (unless inside dog park).
- Pets are not permitted in resort buildings, pool areas, or playgrounds.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated bins – even inside dog park.
- Excessive barking or aggressive pet behavior is not tolerated. If pet behavior becomes a nuisance, guests will be asked to leave the resort.
- Pets are not permitted to swim in the lake or the resort pool. This is Florida where the waterways belong to the wildlife – notably snakes and alligators. We do have an area in the dog park for safe water play and cool down. We also have the dog wash station.
- All pets must have up to date vaccination records and registration. Proof of these items may be required by Lake Belle RV Resort during your stay. Failure to produce valid documentation may result in immediate removal from the resort
Pool and Clubhouse Rules
- Pool and clubhouse are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty, so swim at your own risk.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
- Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult.
Campfires and Fire Safety
Only gas fire pits are allowed. Wood-burning fires, and fireworks are prohibited.
Mail and Deliveries
Guests may not use the resort address for mail or other deliveries.There is a UPS Store located at 1555 N Nova Rd that provides mailbox service.
General Prohibited Activities
- Openly carried firearms, pellet guns, fireworks, and other weapons are strictly prohibited in public areas within the resort. Water guns, squirt guns, and nerf guns are permitted ONLY if they are clearly toys and presented as such and are only handled within the members of your group. Decisions on the appearance of a toy gun lie solely under the discretion of Lake Belle RV Resort.
- Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, and disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the resort.
- Public drunkenness is prohibited in the resort and may result in removal from the resort.
- Swimming in the lake is prohibited.
- The use of generators is prohibited. Exceptions may be made if the resort experiences a power outage but any use of generators must be approved by resort management.
Deposit, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be made using the online booking system or by email to cancel@lakebelle.com. We do not accept cancellations by phone.
- Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds.
- Any guest that has not arrived 24 hours after their check-in time and has not made prior arrangements with Management will be considered a “no show” reservation and forfeit their full reservation amount.
- If there is an illness or injury that is impacting your visit, we will consider providing you a credit on your account for a future reservation. Credit must be used on a future reservation within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. We do not refund reservations for illness.
- Lake Belle RV Resort exclusively determines refund requests. Request for special refunds or credits must be made in writing providing full proof of emergency circumstances claimed.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid.
Stays Less Than 30 Nights
Deposits
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance of the stay is due 14 days before your arrival date. Reservations will be canceled and fees will by applied if the remaining balance is unpaid 14 days before arrival.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations
- If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel less than 14 days days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or shortened less than 14 days before arrival.
Stays of 30 Nights or More
Deposits
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance of the stay is due 14 days before your arrival date. Reservations will be canceled, and fees will apply if the remaining balance is unpaid 14 days before arrival.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made online through the booking system.
- If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, a $500 cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations less than 45 days but more than 14 days before arrival forfeit the deposit.
- No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or dates are shortened less than 14 days before arrival.
Special Events (Speed Week, Bike Week, and Biketoberfest)
Deposits
- The full cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- All reservations for special events are non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations or shortened stays, regardless of the timing.

Weather and Evacuation
Tropical storms and hurricanes may require you to vacate the Resort property if there is a mandatory evacuation or if the management deems it unsafe for you to stay. There are no refunds due to weather. However, credit vouchers may be given for mandatory evacuation.
