We want booking with us to be simple and clear. Please review the deposit and cancellation terms below before reserving — they vary depending on the length of your stay and whether you're visiting during a special event.
A deposit equal to 100% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations must be made online through the booking system.
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or shortened less than 14 days before arrival.

The remaining balance of the stay is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancel more than 45 days before arrival: a $500 cancellation fee applies, and the rest of your deposit is refunded.
Cancel 45 days or fewer before arrival: your full deposit — equal to one month's stay — is forfeited.
No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or dates are shortened less than 45 days before arrival.
Please note: because the deposit for a 30+ night stay equals a full month's rent, canceling inside the 45-day window means forfeiting that full month, not the $500 fee. We recommend confirming your plans before this window closes.
The full cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
All reservations for special events are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations or shortened stays, regardless of the timing.
