Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Stays Less Than 30 Nights
Deposits
- A deposit equal to 100% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made online through the booking system.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or shortened less than 14 days before arrival.
Stays of 30 Nights or More
Deposits
- A deposit equal to 100% of the first month's stay cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made in writing or online through the booking system.
- If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, a $500 cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellations less than 45 days before arrival forfeit the deposit.
- No refunds or credits are issued if the reservation is canceled or dates are shortened less than 45 days before arrival.
Special Events (i.e., Speed Week, Bike Week, and Biketoberfest)
Deposits
- The full cost of the stay must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Deposits are applied toward the total reservation cost and are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- All reservations for special events are non-refundable.
- No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations or shortened stays, regardless of the timing.
